Uncategorized

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 large bananas (or a full bunch if smaller)
  • 1/2 cup full-cream powdered milk
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50-75 ml cold water (adjust for the texture you like)

How to Make It:

Step 1:
Peel the bananas and place them in a freezer-safe container or a freezer bag. Freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight (8-12 hours) until solid.

Step 2:
Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and put them in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides to make sure everything blends well.

Step 3:
In a bowl, mix the powdered milk and condensed milk to form a thick paste. Add the cold water and vanilla extract, then stir until smooth.

Step 4:
Add the blended bananas to the milk mixture and stir well with a spoon or spatula. If you prefer, put the mixture back into the blender and blend until fully combined and creamy.

Step 5:
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for 3-8 hours or until set.
