▪︎ DESCRIPTION :
2% Cottage Cheese or higher fat content. Even full fat Cottage Cheese. The higher the fat content of your cottage cheese the more creamier like ice cream it will taste.
▪︎ Greek Vanilla Flavor Non Fat Yogurt or use Regular Greek Vanilla Yogurt. Doesn’t have to be Non Fat.
☆ Use half of each of the above
Maybe more of the yogurt. I didn’t measure. I’m good eyeing recipes. This is my own made up recipe. I would say 1.5 cups cottage cheese and 2 cups yogurt for those asking.
▪︎1 package NS Cheesecake Pudding Mix
▪︎ 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder. I use Isopure
▪︎ Frozen Strawberries. No sugar added kind. As much as you like. A big few handfuls I would say.
☆ Mix all the above in a high power blender or mixer. Put in containers cover and freeze
▪︎ Graham Cracker crumbs on the bottom before you pour the batter in.
