INGREDIENTS :
500 ml whole milk
6 egg yolks
140 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla pod
250 ml of liquid full cream
PREPARATION :
STEP 1
Split the vanilla pod in two and put the seeds, then the split pod in the Thermomix bowl. Add the egg yolks, milk and sugar and program in reverse for 8 min at 80°C on speed 3.
2ND STEP
Remove the vanilla pod then add the liquid cream. Mix for 15 seconds on speed 3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays then place in the freezer for 10 hours.
STEP 3
Unmold the ice cube trays then put the mixture in the Thermomix bowl. Program 1 min on speed 6. Insert the whisk then program 20 sec on speed 4.
STEP 4
Enjoy immediately.
