Ingredients:
1/2 kg. Flour
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
Water until you achieve the texture
1 cup of Milk
2 tbsp.oil
For the filling:
Cottage White cheese
3 tbsp. Of sugar
vanilla sugar
Instruction:
1. In a bowl, put the ingredients flour,eggs,salt,milk,oil mix it together.Add the water little by little while stirring constantly until you get the not so sticky but not too watery texture of the batter as well.
2. Warm the pan in a medium heat,remove the pan and put the small amount of batter,turn the pan to spread the batter to form a circle,before putting it back to the heat.Turn the pancake in the other side and set aside.Repeat the process until done.
3. Set it aside to let it cool.
4. Prepare the filling.Mix the cottage cheese or farmers cheese,whatever cheese you have available,and add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well.
5. Put a tbsp.of the mixture in half of the pancake and fold it in half and another fold to get the triangle form.
6. Put a butter in a pan and little oil to fry the pancake until it’s lightly brown in both sides.Repeat the process until done.
7. Serve warm.You can add fruits in the filling like strawberry and other fruits or you can eat it with jams,chocolate syrup, whatever you want to your liking..
