GF Carrot Cake

Ingrediants
I box GF Krusteaz Coffee Cake Mix
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
3 Tbsp Honey
1/4 cup milk
5 Eggs
1/3 cup Oil
Instruction :
Mix all the wet ingredients with carrots & the whole pkg of brown sugar/cinnamon mix from the box.
Then mix all the dry ingredients with the wet.
Pour into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for about 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Let cool completely before frosting.
I used a premade cream cheese
Frosting & put chopped pecans on top….but you could use any frosting or glaze on top.
I cut it into 16 pieces for serving.
