Blueberry crumbl

High Protein
Ingredients:
– 1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon juice
– 1/3 cup oats
– 1 serving promix vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
pinch of salt
– 1-2 tbsp water
Instruction :
– Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together
Microwave for 1 minute
– In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a
crumble texture. Add on top of the blueberries then microwave
for 1 more minute.
– I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
