Salted Caramel PB oatmeal bars

High Protein
Granola Bars
Liquid ingredients:
0 cal Maple Syrup (measure with your heart, I used about 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp light Melted peanut Butter
Dry ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup of protein powder (vanilla, pb or salted caramel)
1/4 cup Ur fave granola
Mix and put in the freezer
Caramel
1 cup 0cal maple syrup
3 tbsp light melted peanut butter
as much protein powder as possible while still keeping a caramel like consistency (for me I used 1 cup)
DESCRIPTION :
freeze and then add salt on top
Made 10 bars and me and my fiance ate 3 already .
Btw, can some1 guess the macros/cals for these? (protein powder is 21 grams of protein and 450 cals per cup and pb is 3g of protein and 80 cals per tbsp)
